Fantastic run along Miramar Lake on my last day in San Diego. Ran along the soft surface path next to the lake for a few miles then got back on the pavement for the last few miles. Body felt great today so I threw in some sustained surges during the 2nd half of the run. Last mile in 5:49. Sad to have to leave back to the icebox in Oregon...
