Notes
Ran by myself at the Nike Campus. Warmed up with a lap around the bark chip path then headed to the track for the workout. Did 4 x 6 min. @ 10K pace w/ 3 min. jog recoveries. Felt steady and strong throughout the workout. Mile splits: 5:40, 5:34, 5:33, 5:29. Overall great workout, pleased with the effort. Nice to do a majority of the workout on soft surfaces.
