Ran with Mark Boen around his neighborhood in Bethany. Did 7 miles w/ 8 x 30 sec. pickups @ 5K-10K pace. Run felt strong. Beautiful sunny, warm day outside. It was nice to have Mark there as I would surge ahead then slow back down during the surges and he would catch back up to me. Course was hilly with a lot of ups and downs, but nice change from the norm. Finished the 6 mile loop strong, did a 3 minute recovery walk with Mark around his house, then did another 1 mile easy. Great run, lots of fun.
