Longest long run ever! Had a very enjoyable run this morning with the Red Lizard AM group. Took it easy for a couple miles and then started to let loose a little on springwater. Felt really good throughout the entire run and picked it up to Marathon Pace several times. Last couple miles actually felt good and by the end I felt like i could've done a few more. This run gives me a lot of confidence. I felt strong and my well is obviously deep. Looking forward to racing in two weeks.
