Beautiful run this morning before work. Perfect weather. The one hiccup of the day was that the David Hill gravel Rd. was regraveled the day before and during the run (saw the gravel truck drive by). Most of the road was difficult to run on because of all the fresh loose gravel. Very frusterating and I hurt my foot a few times stepping on the rocks. Went down to the bark chip trail to do some laps but after 3 laps my calves cramped up bad again. Sick and tired of this shit. I'm pretty sure that the caffeine pills somehow make things worse.
