Workout before work on the treadmill. Adjusted incline like a ladder every 2 minutes. 2%, 1%, 0%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 0%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 0%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 0% + .5 miles flat @ 5:52 pace. Body felt good. Couldn't extend the workout because I ran out of time before work. Ordinarily, I would've continued to 6% and back down.
