Notes

Great workout today on the track at Bethany. Workout was 4 x 2K w/ 800m jog recoveries. Brad paced me for the first 5 laps out of 10. Ran the last 5 solo. Started out slow for the first 1K with Brad then picked it up for the 2nd 1K. Closed last 1K in 3:01 after running a 3:23!!! Body felt good and enjoyed the workout tonight!

Had to go back and change the distances of this workout upon discovering that the indoor track is only 178 meters around. Did not actually accomplish what I set out to do...
