Great workout on the indoor track at Bethany. Ran 3 x 1000m + 1 x 200m all out. Body felt good. Was surprised that I was able to hit those paces again! It's been a long time since I've done repeat thousands. Finished with an all out 200 that wiped me out. Finishing speed needs a little work. Great quick workout. 5 miles in under 31 mins!!!
