Last dry trail run before the Fall rainy/cold weather arrives. First half felt ok, not strong. 2nd half of the run felt much better. Really enjoyed the perfect weather and the setting. I was the only soul out there today. Had that magnificent trail all to myself! btw, I don't believe I ran 8:16 pace today. Seems too slow. I swear the trail mileage changed after the improvements and course change. I think they need to update the signage.
