Great workout on the treadmill at the gym. Quick warmup then went into the workout: 3 x 2 mi @ 90% effort (5:20-22 pace) w/ 800m recoveries @ 6:02 pace + 1 x 800m @ 95% effort to close. Seemed to go by fast on the treadmill. Felt great the entire time. Never redlined. I really feel like I'm putting in some great workouts. I liked setting the recoveries @ 6:02 pace. Don't think I've ever ran that fast as a 'recovery' pace! Hopefully this workout will count for the half-marathon next weekend! Logged a total of 18 miles for the day!
