Recovery run on David Hill Rd. Ran down and back twice for 6 miles. Purple Wraath definately works. Woke up this morning with 0 trace of residual soreness or heavy legs. Even during the run today, same. Felt good, but kept the effort easy for the rest of the body. Great result considering I hadn't run 18 miles in over a year and would've expected a greater toll on my body. Recovery is faster than ever now that we have the right supplements in place. Made sure to run early this morning due to the warmer weather which has finally arrived. It was a fine morning and I had the gravel rd. all to myself except for a few walkers in the beginning. I just love the views up there too!
