Had an amazing tempo run on the BV Trail. First half was in 26:00 (6:30 pace) and the 2nd half was in 24:00!!! (6:00 pace) At the 4 mile marker, I saw WCSO out with Inmates clearing blackberries at the intersection. Last mile was run in the 5:20 range!!! I felt strong all the way through. Perfect morning weather today!
