Notes
Great run today with Mark Boen on the island. Weather was misty and overcast with no wind. Mark and I took it easy for most of the run and picked it up a bit at the end. Last mile was a 6:08. Body felt pretty good with minimal pain in the hip. We ran a new segment today which invovled continuing down Sauvie Island Rd. instead of turning right down Reeder Rd. which we usually do. I liked the new segment a lot better, very fun with gently rolling terrain. Great day for a run.
