Easy run with Kris & Helen!!! Body felt stiff and tired. Recovery day so we took it easy. Pleasant run out front, a little bit through the Pearl district and back. Saw Matt Tegenkamp & Simon Bairu on waterfront coming back to the house. Nice to run with friends. Good weather but a little bit windy.
