Ran with Erock in Portland. He did 10 prior to the run so he was going for 23 for the day. Felt suprisingly good and fresh during the run. Weather was fine with a bit of wind at times. Last 3 miles we picked it up a bit on springwater and hit some good splits at MP. Overall great run, especially from coming on the heels of a tough workout.
