Notes

Hard workout on the treadmill at 24 hour fitness. Did 2 mile warmup plus 3 miles alternating 6:00 pace w/ 5:49-52 pace every 2 mins. Body felt good but workout was tough. Need to continue doing faster paced runs again and get my speed back.
