Awesome 800m workout today at Nike. Body felt suprisingly fast and strong. The effort did take a lot out of me but I felt good. Ran the workout in trainers. Hip a non issue during the workout. Felt a little wind on half of the track. First 2 felt very hard, last two slightly easier in percieved effort. Took 400m recoveries in between intervals. Thought about doing 6 but didn't want to push it too much. especially coming back from injury. I think I will do 6 sometime during my Eugene buildup. Saw a Kenyan athlete leaving the track before I began my workout. Did not recognize him but he waved to me and I waved back. Afterwards, my hip felt extremely stiff and a little sore during my cooldown. Hopefully tomorrow's appointment at Rebound will clear this up for good.
