Great run today with Dan Pollard in FG. Had a good break in the weather which was nice. Began the run debating with Dan which was better, Star Trek or Star Wars. Dan is apparently a Star Wars guy...lol. Took the first few miles easy and then threw in 2 x 4 mins @ sub 6:00 pace (during the flat sections). Body felt strong at those paces but definately winded at the end of each pickup. Hips felt the best they have in a while. I was very happy with today's run and effort. Noticed that the area creeks are beginning to swell due to the last few days of heavy rains. Now my fourth time running the new route and I still look forward to it!
