Decent workout in FG. Did 2 x 3 miles @ Marathon Pace with 5 minute active recovery between each interval. Body felt decent which was encouraging. Didn't feel like I was stressing myself trying to keep pace. Did the Stringtown Rd/Hiatt Loop. Course was a little hilly and not completely flat. On the hills I may have put in extra effort to try and keep a consistent pace. Avg. interval pace was 5:49. Cooldown back to the car through FG. Hopefully I can hold close to this pace for the marathon next weekend. Need to watch what I eat...
