AWESOME workout on the indoor track at Bethany. 2 mile warmup plus 3 x 1 mile w/ 600m jog recoveries. Body felt ready to go so I ran HARD. Last split of 4:52 surprised the hell out of me! Haven't ran a mile that fast since HS!!! An older dad paced me a few laps on the last interval which was cool.
