Previewed some of the Y2K course today with Aaron Rodgers. Ran the beginning section that I usually don't run. Seems like the course should be fairly fast. Hills are minor and far apart. Added on a little on Carpenter creek Rd. Rain hit us for most of the run but didn't seem to be too much of a problem. Body felt great toward the end of the run. Still noticed a little bit of soreness in my right hamstring area. It goes away though after a few miles. Hopefully this wont be an issue during the race.
