Easy run after work in West Linn. Started at PRC and ran to George Rodgers Park. Perfect day outside. Legs felt a little stiff in the beginning, but loosened up for the second half. Felt good and relaxed and happy to run on some trails at Mary S. Young. Very enjoyable.
