Very solid "Long Run" today. Did my Gales Creek Loop + add on out and back on Carpenter Creek. Body felt pretty good but definately kept the pace honest and got winded a few times and had to take a few short breaks. Construction on Gales Creek Rd. forced me to walk about 200m through a construction zone. They tore up the road pretty good. Should be interesting to see the new one once it is replaced. Pleasant weather outside helped a lot too.
Ran without a watch today so I am guestimating my actual time and pace.
