Hard 6 mile tempo on the BV Trail before work. Highlight of this run was encountering the ENTIRE Jerry Schumacher led Men's Bowerman Track Club team at the Banks trailhead! Before I started my run I also had a brief conversation with German Fernandez! I welcomed him to the trail as he said it was his first time here. He then asked how far I was running and I told him 'just 7'. Nice guy! On my way back with 1 mile to go I passed by the entire team heading out for their run and I made sure to yell 'Good luck at Indoors fellas!' as I went by. Most of them responded 'Thank you'. It was a great moment and the first time I've seen Nike Pro's running on the trail.
