Easy run at the Banks Vernonia St. Trail. Started at the Buxton Tr. head today because I wanted to explore some side trails in Stub Stewart. Not worth it. Trails either went nowhere or where not suitable for running. I went out farther on the BVST to get more mileage. Body felt ok however I feel like i might have pushed it a little too hard for the 2nd half for a recovery run.
