Nike Campus

Notes

Solid run/workout with Helen at the Nike track. Helen's workout was 2 x 3200 @ 10K pace + 2 x 1600m @ 5K pace w/ 400m jog recoveries + 4 x 400m @ MRP w/ 200m jog recoveries. Today was meant to be her last really tough workout. Next two weeks she will taper. As usual, she performed very well. I believe she is ready to reach her goal at CIM in a few weeks. I ran the entire workout with her and felt very good the entire time. No strain at all. Weather held out for the most part which was nice. Cooldown run around the bark chip trail afterwards. Felt hungry.
