Notes

Today I alternated 5 minutes on the stationary bike w/ 1 mile on the treadmill. I did a total of (4) 5 minute segments on the bike. During the treadmill miles, I started off easy and then for the last two, threw in pickups @ sub 6 pace, with the last .1 mile of the last mile @ sub 5 pace. Hamstring ok during the run, but a little tight afterward. Still not convinced its ready to resume normal training.
