Nike Campus

Notes

Easy run this morning with Helen at the Nike campus. Ankle still hurts from Leif run. Never running there again. Body felt good and I kept my pace around 140 bpm. First 2 miles HR read too high because the HR monitor was not wet (no sweat). Will make sure to get it wet before I begin my run. Works great otherwise. Stayed on soft.
