Notes

Had a solid workout on the indoor track at the gym. 1 mile warmup + Ran 30 x 133m (1 lap) @ 95% effort w/ 1 lap recoveries. Body felt pretty good. Last few reps were hard and I began to feel dizzy so I stopped. Thought about going to 36 laps to make an even 3 miles but stopped.
