Solid trail run on the Wildwood/Maple Loop. Body felt good on and off during the run. Some of the hillier segments seem to hurt a little bit more than usual for some reason. Nice day outside and the trails are still in good condition despite some rain the past few days. Last half mile up saltzman rd. I found myself racing a bicyclist to the end of the trail. I won, but it required me to significantly haul ass the last half mile uphill. It was a strong pick up and I definately payed for it at the end but it was refreshing.
