Another good workout in the books. Perfect weather outside except for the wind...again. Today's workout: 3 x 2 mile @ Half-Marathon pace w/ 800m active recoveries. Jogged out across the hwy on 334th and did the workout on a nice 2 mile loop. Perfect location for today's workout. First interval was the slowest but felt good. I think my body likes to warm up during the first interval before really hitting fast splits for subsequent ones.

Second interval was probably my best pacing wise. Still dealing with the wind in my face for a few sections of the course.

Third interval felt a little tougher, but not too bad. Managed to run each interval slightly faster than the last. This is definately BY FAR the best I've ever run this workout. Was very pleased with the result. Hopefully, this will be around my goal half-marathon pace in 3 1/2 weeks. Hoping to run sub 1:10 at Race for the Roses.... Finished the run with 6:50's back home feeling good.
