Easy run before work. I correctly identified the source of my cramps. It was an electrolyte deficiency. I've started taking an electrolyte supplement called endurolytes to compensate. Took 2 this morning during breakfast before my run. Noticed a big improvement from yesterday's cramping disaster. Muscles felt a lot better and did not experience cramps afterward. Will continue to take the supplement for the remainder of training.
