Notes

Run around the indoor track at the AC. Warmup .5 miles + 4 x 400m, w/ 400m recoveries + 1 x 800m. Body felt good minus the cramping sensations. Only had cramping when I ran slow paces, not during fast intervals...weird. Last mileage of 2013.
