Easy run with Helen on Wildwood! Perfect weather, trails were also in good shape. Body felt a little slow at times but not bad. Haven't been on Wildwood in a while and it was nice to be back on the old trail. Started at Lief and went up the Wild Cherry Trail onto Wildwood. Just did out and back on the trail and came back on the Aspen trail. Helen ran behind me most of the time. Very enjoyable.
