Rain outside so I decided to do this workout indoors on the treadmill. Good call. Body felt good. First set felt good. 2nd set felt much harder but made it through. I know I haven't fully recovered/absorbed last week's 110 mile week yet so I'm expecting my fitness to increase dramatically in the next two weeks. Finished with a 2 mile third set @ near Half-Marathon pace. Last half mile I kicked it down to 5:20 pace. I was dripping wet with sweat when I finished. That's what happens when you crank out a 12 mile workout indoors. Relieved to be finished. Afterwards I went to the pool & spa and hung out for a bit to relax. Overall I am happy with today's effort. These long interval workouts demand a lot of concentration.
