Felt great from the beginning and decided to run moderate-hard effort. Reached the waterfall in 48:01, not too far behind what I did a few weeks ago for my PR. Felt much easier today than last time I hammered it. Perfect day for a run there. Lots of mountain bikers that I had to dodge. They tear up the trail. Really enjoyed every step!
