First run for a long while - Since April I have been working on losing weight, and finally succeeded on breaking the 92Kgs barrier. Over half way to my stated goal of 84kg, given I started out at 101Kg.
Given the weight loss, it was a trip to the gym to see how my legs would react to carrying less weight as I moved the legs in a forward motion! I set the pace at 9.6kph and ran 3kms, broken up as follows. 1km, 200m recovery at 6kph, 800m, 200m recovery, and a final 800m to complete the 3km.
Very happy with the body - Onwards and Upwards.
