Passed on my gym session this morning as I was feeling a little tummy trouble, better safe than sorry. But, feeling better as the day went on, I went for a run around the block lap I like to use from time to time to see how I am progressing. It's quite short, around 1.1km , and maybe I just cant get into my stride, but this felt like a terrible run - I felt slow, lethargic, and my legs felt like lead. Really need to get more work done on the fitness levels.
