Notes
An evening run out along Merrion all the way to Blackrock and back, after navigating the park, and the hill there. Not a great run, legs felt heavy, and the hill worked me hard, plus I had a little visit from the Gingerbreadman, thankfully averted thanks to a convenient pub!
