Notes

Had planned on running 2km at this pace, but as my watch wasn't recording the distance accurately, I decided to carry on and make the 3km mark. Felt strong, had no issue with breathing or any problem with the legs at this pace, and distance, so clear progress has been made in the past few weeks in getting to where I believe I want to be, before moving up to the next stage in my progress.
