Notes

As I come to the end of my "rest" week, it was a trip to the gym and a nice easy 3Km run on the treadmill, followed by a sauna and relax time. The hard work starts this weekend, or to be accurate, on Monday, with parkrun in the morning, and the Boyne 10K on Sunday. The two "races" will not be run at full pace, just looking for two confident steady runs, with the DCM Training kicking off on Monday.
