A mixed bag today. An excellent running session completing 8x400m at 12 kph, (5 minute pace), with 200m recovery, along with the warm up and down. However, I felt a strain in my calf on Lap 7, and by the time I was completing the final Lap, it was starting to hurt. Now, an hour later, its sore, and throbbing, all I need, just as I hit my goal for the end of this month to complete the 8x400 at 5 minute pace. Lets hope its nothing more than a strain.
