Notes
After walking to the parque last night to measure the route, it was a 2km run early in the morning to start the day off well, before the heat gets turned up. This Plaza was a regular running site for me in years gone by when I lived here, and it was good to be back there, and see the improvements they have made to the Plaza, both the pavement around the plaza and the superb play equipment they have put there for the children - Far outstrips anything we see at home.
Onto the run - Each lap of the Plaza is around 275m, so in all I ran 7.5 laps there or there abouts, clicking off the watch at 2km. A good run, felt better than Wednesday's as it was a little cooler, and look forward to gaining speed as well as endurance over the weeks to come.
