3000 meter New pr 9:08 (converted time:9:01) Felt great for the first race back since XC. took the first 5 laps out slow and relaxed, then started picking it up, came through the mile in 4:50-4:51, AVG 4:53 miles. Good First one back, Hopefully I will qualify for Iowa state in 2 weeks and make that squad, I am very confident in myself that I could be low 8:50's or high 8:40's.
