I would say that it was the best meet of my first three races but still a a lot of work to do. I got boxed in in the beginning of the race so I was out about 5 seconds slow, but after the first mile no more than about 8 people passed me from there to the end of the race. After the first mile I would look up and find someone to get and consistenly lay on surges. Next race (SDSU) I want to be out in about a 5:15.
