1.3 mile warm up run
5 mile Big sky conference race. ran a 27:25 about a minute slower than the ron pynn invite 2 weeks ago. Got out perfectly.... and came through the first mile in 5:10 but couldn't answer after that... just got passed and couldn't move the legs any faster.... due to the elevation. felt the same in Flagstaff last year and Bozeman last winter.
2 mile cool down.
