did a little interval WO today: 5 min, 4min, 3, 3, 2, 1, with half of the previous time for recovery, mile paces:
5:29, 5:21, 5:14, 5:14, 5:30 (hit a patch of ice super slow), 4:46.
Didn't feel the greatest today and was going pretty slow on ice closer to Highway 2.
