Notes

Morning long run. Was going too fast to start, eased up around the middle to try and just feel good for the rest of the run. It felt better than the last 5, but still not great. I need to find a way to start doing strength again. Based on what's worked for running the past two weeks, I think that means more scheduling it into my workday. I'll try around lunch time, or maybe right before running.
