4 x 800m @ 3k, 400m hard
Solid peak week workout, didn't feel like I increased my fitness but maintained, which is perfect. Group 1 eventually got it done. There was a slight dispute over who can claim this title, I think perhaps there are different sections of group 1. My shins didn't hurt...b/c of shin sleeves or good luck idk. Not gonna lie I haven't rolled out in a week, I need to get my life together. Steve saying he was excited for the 5k made me excited for my 5k. Woo. Climbed a fence and then ran home in the dark as a big group.
