Easy run today. Reflected on yesterday. I still think I ran a respectable time given the circumstances. I could've just as easily shit the bed and run like a minute and a half slower, but I didn't. I'm still not where I want to be, but I think yesterday I could've been a lot closer had I had a normal day before the race. But I can't make excuses, I ran what I ran and all things considered I think I did a good job. I can't wait around for anyone else's approval, I need to just accept it. I'm going to keep working hard to get better and hopefully help this team win the conference as well as earn a bid to nationals.
